This privacy policy shall set forth the rules for processing information about you, including personal data and cookie files, i.e. so called cookies.

•           The Web Service shall collect information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal information, if provided at all.

•           In some instances, the Web Service may save information facilitating the correlation of data contained in a form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In such case, the user's e-mail address shall be displayed in the url address of the site containing the form.

7. Essential marketing techniques

•           The Operator uses statistical analysis of the website traffic via Google Analytics (US-based Google Inc.). •           The Operator uses a solution which automates Web Service operation with regard to users, e.g. it may send an e-mail to a user after he/she has visited a particular subsite, provided that he/she has granted the consent to receive commercial communications from the Operator.

•           The Web Service uses cookie files.

•           Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Web Service User's end device and are intended for use while visiting the Web Service. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the user’s end device and a unique number.
